Biman Bangladesh Airlines will reduce its Tokyo-Dhaka flights
WELL WORKBiman Bangladesh Airlines will reduce its Tokyo-Dhaka route from three weekly round trips to two, starting from October 27, 2024.
Currently, flights from Dhaka depart on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, and from Tokyo on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The new schedule will eliminate Tuesday and Wednesday flights. Boeing 787-8 aircraft will continue to be used, with a flight time of approximately 6 hours from Dhaka and 8 hours 10 minutes from Tokyo.
The airline plans to return to three weekly flights by summer 2025.
