Communication Optimization Support at a Japanese Garment Factory in Ishwardi EPZ

We were commissioned by a Japanese garment factory in the Ishwardi EPZ to propose measures that minimize communication gaps and enhance information flow through in-house interpreters.

Through on-site interviews and reviews, we clarified concrete steps to help interpreters fully leverage their skills. As a result, we are now presenting a phased approach that covers both short-term improvements and longer-term strategic directions.
