Pran-RFL Expands Local Lift Production to Cut Import Dependence

Pran-RFL first entered the lift business back in 1988 by importing the machines. In 2018, the company set up its own production unit at Danga Industrial Park in Narsingdi under the brand name Property Lifts. At the start, most parts were sourced from abroad, but over the years, the company has increased its investment and begun producing many components locally. During a factory visit yesterday, RN Paul shared that Property Lifts now adds more than 40 percent value within the country, though some core raw materials are still imported.
