Bangladesh’s Garment Exports to US Jump 22% in Seven Months

From January to July, Bangladesh’s apparel shipments to the United States grew by nearly 22%, the highest growth among the top five exporters to this market. During this period, Bangladesh earned $4.98 billion from garment exports to the US—an increase of 21.66% compared to the same months last year. In July alone, the country exported $700 million worth of clothing, reflecting a 4.97% rise year-on-year.
