Comprehensive Analysis of the Purbachal New Town Project: Unveiling Dhaka’s Future Urban Landscape
WELL WORKWe have been commissioned to conduct a detailed study on the Purbachal New Town Project, a critical urban development initiative driven by the need to address Dhaka's burgeoning population. The project spans approximately 6,213 acres and is set to provide around 26,000 residential plots and 62,000 apartment units, all of various sizes.
A key feature of the project is the 114-acre Central Business District, which is designed to meet the needs of multinational corporations by offering a comprehensive range of world-class amenities.
Working closely with individuals who have been deeply involved in this project for many years, we are currently gathering core information, including historical data, trends in land prices, and the impact of political regimes.
