Startup Bangladesh Invests BDT 11.10 Crore to Boost Local Startups

Startup Bangladesh Limited, a government-backed venture capital firm, has invested BDT 11.10 crore in local startups over the past six months, according to a recent press release. Between September 2024 and January 2025, the organization provided BDT 9.025 crore in funding to nine startups.

The investment supported well-known platforms such as Ten Minute School, Sheba Platform, and ShareTrip. Additionally, it backed promising early-stage startups like ParentsCare, which offers healthcare services for elderly parents, and Dubotech Digital, a company specializing in underwater robotics.
